Delivery time is usually 3-4 working days, although we aim to deliver early wherever possible.

To enable us to properly deal with returns, a Returns Authorisation must be requested before any goods can be sent to us. A Returns Authorisation can be requested via "Contact Us" to the right.

When a return is authorised, a Return Authorisation number will be emailed to you. This number must be clearly marked on any item returned. It should be written on the outside of the packaging, and also on a piece of paper inside the packaging.


Please Note: Any items returned without authorisation, or without the Returns Authorisation number clearly marked on and inside the parcel will be sent back.
